Cancellation policy

We understand plans change. This policy applies to tour packages and transfers confirmed through JaflongTravel’s WhatsApp booking desk.

Standard refund windows

• 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip start: full refund of the advance payment.
• 24–48 hours before start: 50% refund of the advance payment.
• Under 24 hours or no-show: reviewed case by case; hotel or vehicle holds already paid to partners may be non-refundable.

Weather and force majeure

Heavy rain, flooding, landslides, strikes, or government restrictions may require rescheduling. When we must cancel for safety, we offer a free reschedule or a refund of unused prepaid services, depending on partner policies.

Message our WhatsApp desk with your booking name, travel date, and reason. Keep the confirmation chat for reference. Contact WhatsApp support.
